Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 21ph. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 21ph reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit all balances across the duplicate accounts.
In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, 21ph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys national ID, UMID, SSS card, driver's licence, or passport) along with a recent selfie photograph. 21ph will not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account while logged in are deemed to have been authorised by you. 21ph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.
21ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven (deposits only). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 21ph's discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 21ph account balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day. 21ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 21ph within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of 21ph approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100; and (d) withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
21ph is obligated under Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Depositing funds with no intention to gamble, or using 21ph to transfer or layer illicit funds, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 21ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
21ph actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; collusion between players; and any other conduct that 21ph, in its sole discretion, determines to constitute abuse of promotional offers. 21ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Note: 21ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for reviewing the current terms of any promotion before participating.
All games available on the 21ph platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.
In the event of a malfunction or technical error affecting a game outcome, the affected game round will be void and any wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded to the player's 21ph balance. 21ph is not liable for losses resulting from player misunderstanding of game rules.
All RNG-based games on 21ph are certified by independent testing laboratories for random outcome generation. Live dealer games are conducted in accordance with standard casino rules and are streamed from studios certified by the relevant game providers.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 21ph platform without prior written consent from 21ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 21ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
21ph's aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 21ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
21ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 21ph's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may cause temporary service interruptions. 21ph is not liable for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.
21ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; bonus abuse; AML violations; or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other players.
You may request closure of your 21ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Verified account balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method within five (5) banking days of account closure confirmation.
An account that has not logged in for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 21ph may, after providing reasonable prior notice via the registered mobile number, apply a dormancy administration fee or close the account. The player's verifiable real-money balance will remain accessible upon account reactivation or closure request.

Your continued use of the 21ph platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 21ph platform, you agree to first contact 21ph customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, or through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.
